❑ � ❑ Kimley-Horn <br />and Associates, Inc. <br />Exhibit A to Amendment Number 1, <br />dated September 2, 2010. <br />Consultant has proceeded with the second annual queuing intrusion analysis for World Oil <br />Queuing Intrusion Study, as outlined in the Scope of Services in the agreement dated March 12, <br />2009. <br />The results of the latest Queuing Intrusion Study (August, 2010) shows that a queuing intrusion <br />occurred at the World Oil service station. According to the Conditions of Approval set forth by <br />the Planning Conunission, a subsequent Queuing Intrusion Study must be conducted between one <br />and three months from the date a Queuing Management Plan is approved by the Planning <br />Manager. A summary of the additions to the Scope and the resulting change in Fee are outlined <br />below. The Consultant shall perform the following Additional Services: <br />Scope <br />1. Conduct driveway queuing observations at both project driveways from 4:00 PM to 9:00 <br />PM on seven (7) consecutive days. <br />'2. Prepare a summary of the results of the queuing intrusion observations. <br />3. Prepare a stand-alone report to document and summarize the analysis methodology, <br />findings, and recommendations. <br />Fee <br />For the Additional Services set forth above, Client shall pay Consultant the following additional <br />compensation: <br />1. For all tasks above a lump sum fee of $6,400. <br />
