THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />\ L` J ) <br />THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on ?, 1 ? , <br />1 2011 by and between WILLDAN HOMELAND SOLUTIONS, a California corporation <br />(hereinafter "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />`t corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />-? California (hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # A-2010-166, dated September 8, 2010, <br />?? <br />_? (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided Homeland Security <br />training and exercise programs. <br />-J B. The parties entered into First Amendment to Agreement #2010-166-01, dated <br />December 13, 201 O, to amend the scope of services to for Consultant's services. <br />C. The parties entered into the Second Amendment to Agreement #2010-166-02, dated <br />May 9, 2011, to amend the scope of services to for Consultant's services <br />D. In accordance with the teni?s and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend <br />the Scope of Work to provide additional services. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Third <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1.
