Implementing Resolution <br /> SERVICES El Set Public Hearing For <br /> - <br /> CONTINUED TO <br /> FILE NUMBER <br /> CITY ANA ER <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> <br /> Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached amendment to the <br /> agreement with Able Building Maintenance Company for police and jail facility janitorial services in an <br /> annual not to exceed amount of $370,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br /> Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> <br /> On January 7, 2008, Council approved the three-year agreement, with two additional one-year <br /> renewal options with Able Building Maintenance Company to provide police and jail facility janitorial <br /> services. The Santa Ana Police Department wishes to amend said Agreement to provide for an <br /> additional year of facility services.
