PUBLICITY <br /> 8 35.1 Information and solicitations, prepared and released by <br /> <br /> 9 CONTRACTOR, concerning the services provided under this Agreement shall state <br /> 10 that the program, wholly or in part, is funded through COUNTY, State and <br /> <br /> 11 Federal government funds. <br /> 12 35.2 CONTRACTOR shall not disclose any details in connection with this <br /> <br /> 13 Agreement to any person or entity except as may be otherwise provided <br /> 14 hereunder or required by law. However, in recognizing CONTRACTOR's need to I <br /> <br /> 15 identify its services and related clients to sustain itself, COUNTY shall not <br /> 16 inhibit CONTRACTOR from publishing its role under this Agreement within the <br /> <br /> 17 following conditions; <br /> 18 35.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall develop all publicity material in a <br /> <br /> 19 professional manner; and <br /> I <br /> 20 35.2.2 During the term of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall not, <br /> 21 and shall not authorize another to, publish or disseminate any commercial <br /> 22 advertisements, press releases, feature articles, or other materials using the <br /> <br /> 23 name of COUNTY without the prior written consent of COUNTY. COUNTY shall not <br /> 24 unreasonably withhold written consent. <br /> <br /> 25 36.
