Vendors Persons or organizations who are vendors of your products are insureds; but they are insureds only with respect to their liability for damages for bodily injury or property damage resulting from the distribution or sale of your products in the regular course of their business and only if this insurance applies to the products -completed operations hazard. However, no such person or organization is an insured with respect to any: • assumption of liability by them in acontract or agreement.
