Medical Expenses <br />Exclusions <br />(continued) <br />Injury To Insureds This insurance does not apply to medical expenses arising out of bodily injury to any insured, <br />except a volunteer worker. <br />Nuclear Enerqy This insurance does not apply to medical expenses arising out of bodily injury in any way related <br />to the: <br />• nuclear hazardous properties of nuclear material; and <br />• operation of a nuclear facility by any person or organization. <br />Products -Completed This insurance does not apply to medical expenses arising out of bodily injury included in the <br />Operations Hazard products -completed operations hazard. <br />Workers' Compensation This insurance does not apply to medical expenses arising out of bodily injury to any person. <br />Or Similar Laws whether or not an employee of any insured, if benefits for such bodily injury are payable or must <br />be provided under any workers' compensation, disability benefits or unemployment compensation <br />law or any similar law. <br />Policy Exclusions <br />Asbestos A. 11iis insurance does not apply to bodily injury, property damage, advertising injury or <br />personal injury arising out of the actual, alleged or threatened contaminative, pathogenic, <br />toxic or other hazardous properties of asbestos. <br />& This insurance does not apply to any loss, cost or expense arising out of any: <br />request, demand, order or regulatory or statutory requirement that any insured or <br />others test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize, or in <br />any way respond to, or assess the effects of asbestos; or <br />claim or proceeding by or on behalf of a governmental authority or others for damages <br />because of testing for, monitoring, cleaning up, removing, containing, treating, <br />detoxifying or neutralizing, or in any way responding to, or assessing the effects of <br />asbestos. <br />Employment -Related A.
