Conditions <br />Duties In The Event Of <br />B. if a claim is made or suit is brought against any insured you must: <br />Occurrence, Offense, <br />Claim Or suit <br />1. immediately record the specifics of the claim or suit and the date received; <br />(continued) <br />2. notify us and other insurers as soon as practicable; and <br />3. see to it that we receive written notice of the claim or suit as soon as practicable. <br />C. You and any other involved insured must: <br />L immediately send us copies of any demands, notices, summonses or legal papers <br />received in connection with the claim or Snit; <br />2, authorize us to obtain records and other information; <br />3, cooperate with us and other insurers in the: <br />a. investigation or settlement of the claim; or <br />b. defense against the suit-, and <br />4. assist us, upon our request, in the enforcement of any right against any person or <br />organization that may be liable to the insured because of loss to which this insurance <br />may also apply. <br />D. No insureds will, except at that insured's own cost, [Hake any payment, assume any <br />obligation or incur any expense, other than for first aid, without our consent. <br />L. Notice given by or on behalf of: <br />1, the insured; <br />2. the injured person; or <br />3. any other claimant; <br />to a licensed agent of ours with particulars sufficient to identify the insured shall be deemed <br />notice to us. <br />F. Knowledge of an occurrence or offense by an agent or employee of the insured will not <br />constitute knowledge by the insured, unless an officer (whether or not an employee) of any <br />insured or an officers designee knows about such occurrence or offense. <br />G. Failure of an agent or employee of the insured, other than an officer (whether or not an <br />employee) of any insured or an officer's designee, to notify us of an occurrence or offense <br />that such person knows about will not affect the insurance afforded to you. <br />11.
