Reiter <br />PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE <br />Survey Party Chief <br />Mr. Reiter has over 31 years of surveying experience in the field performing all <br />types of surveying including vertical and horizontal control, photo control, <br />/� <br />COASTway <br />GPS surveys, topographic surveys, design surveys, boundary surveys, right of <br />surveys, and construction layout. Mr. Reiter is a Certified Party Chief and <br />SURVEYING, INC. <br />has been Hazmat trained since 1986. <br />SURVEY PARTY CHIEF EXPERIENCE <br />YEARS OF EXPERIENCE <br />California State Prison at Corcoran II — Mr. Reiter was the Survey Party <br />Chief for Coast Surveying, Inc. (Coast) for the Site Engineering Services <br />Total Years Experience: 31 Years <br />contract awarded to Holmes & Narver, Inc.(H &N) for the new expansion of <br />With Coast: 19 Years <br />Corcoran State Prison. Coast's Scope of work included aerial mapping, photo <br />With Other Firms: 12 Years <br />control, horizontal and vertical control, boundary surveys, Record of Survey, <br />legal descriptions, design surveys to locate utilities, power line elevations, <br />drainage structures, cross - section drainage channels and streets, and tie -into <br />EDUCATION <br />improvements along the outside of the existing facility. <br />Degree: Certificate <br />Administrative Segregation Housing Unit Pro'ects — for the California <br />Specialization: Civil Engineering <br />Department of Corrections thru Holmes & Narver, Inc. (H &N). Mr. Reiter <br />Technology <br />was the on -site Survey Party Chief in charge of performing field topographic <br />Year: 1980 <br />surveys for preparation of topographic mapping of +/- 5 acre sites at eleven <br />North Dakota State <br />CDC facilities throughout California. Three of these facilities had two <br />School of Science <br />locations mapped for a total of fourteen separate sites surveyed. Control surveys and right -of -way surveys performed included: <br />< GPS survey of primary control and prepared metric Record of Survey <br />1985 / Certified Party Chief <br />< Searched for existing right -of -way monumentation <br />Local 12, Operating Engineers <br />< Tied monuments to be destroyed by construction reference monuments <br />< Tied monuments to control <br />1986 / 40 -Hour Hazardous Materia <br />< After construction, reset monuments destroyed by construction <br />Training per OSHA 29.CFR 1901.120 <br />< After construction , set monuments at new right -of -way points of control <br />Local 12, Operating Engineers <br />Fort Wingate Army Base Reahp_ r G Ruip, NM— For the St. Louis <br />District, Corps of Engineers, Mr. Reiter was the Survey Party Chief in charge <br />of all field surveys. Access to sites was complicated. Our crews had to <br />carefully plan their routes to sites around unexploded ordinance (UXO) areas, <br />historical sites and endangered species. Physical mobilization was complicated <br />by lack of roads and the rugged desert terrain, composed of severe canyons. <br />Our tasks were broken into 3 distinct areas: <br />Control Surveys - Global Positioning System (GPS) surveys tied into NAD <br />83 coordinate datum as well as vertical control on -site <br />Topographic Surveys - Gathered topographic survey information utilizing a <br />total station and data collector at three separate areas for the Theatre Missile <br />Defense (TMD)Target Launch Facility at Fort Wingate, <br />Boundary Surveys - Performed boundary surveys of 42,000 feet of existing <br />boundary and 103,000 feet of new boundary lines, setting 150 new stainless <br />steel monuments with guard posts. <br />14 <br />
