(Coast) for the Site Engineering Services Total Years Experience: 31 Years contract awarded to Holmes & Narver, Inc.(H &N) for the new expansion of With Coast: 19 Years Corcoran State Prison. Coast's Scope of work included aerial mapping, photo With Other Firms: 12 Years control, horizontal and vertical control, boundary surveys, Record of Survey, legal descriptions, design surveys to locate utilities, power line elevations, drainage structures, cross - section drainage channels and streets, and tie -into EDUCATION improvements along the outside of the existing facility. Mr. Reiter Technology was the on -site Survey Party Chief in charge of performing field topographic Year: 1980 surveys for preparation of topographic mapping of +/- 5 acre sites at eleven North Dakota State CDC facilities throughout California. Three of these facilities had two School of Science locations mapped for a total of fourteen separate sites surveyed. Access to sites was complicated. Our crews had to carefully plan their routes to sites around unexploded ordinance (UXO) areas, historical sites and endangered species. Physical mobilization was complicated by lack of roads and the rugged desert terrain, composed of severe canyons. Our tasks were broken into 3 distinct areas: Control Surveys - Global Positioning System (GPS) surveys tied into NAD 83 coordinate datum as well as vertical control on -site Topographic Surveys - Gathered topographic survey information utilizing a total station and data collector at three separate areas for the Theatre Missile Defense (TMD)Target Launch Facility at Fort Wingate, Boundary Surveys - Performed boundary surveys of 42,000 feet of existing boundary and 103,000 feet of new boundary lines, setting 150 new stainless steel monuments with guard posts. 14
