Section 2. The attached Amended Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule <br />(Exhibit A) establishes those obligations which the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Santa Ana has binding commitments that it has entered into and includes legal <br />commitments that it is obligated to perform through December 31, 2012, to meet the pre- <br />existing commitments of contracts and obligations that were established prior to the <br />effective date of ABX1 26. <br />Section 3. The Executive Director of the Agency, or her/his designee ("Executive <br />Director"), is directed to file this Amended Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule in the <br />manner required by law. <br />Section 4. The Executive Director is further authorized and directed to post the <br />Amended Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule on the Agency's website and to <br />notify the county auditor-controller, the California Department of Finance, and the <br />Controller of the State concerning this Resolution, the Amended Enforceable Obligation <br />Payment Schedule, and its online publication. <br />Section 5. The Executive Director is authorized and directed to provide the <br />Amended Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule to the City of Santa Ana, in its role as <br />the successor agency for the Agency, upon dissolution of the Agency on February 1, <br />2012, in order for the City to make the payments for obligations listed on the Amended <br />Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule. <br />Section 6. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the <br />Agency Board, and the Agency Secretary shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this <br />Resolution. <br />CRA Resolution No. 2012-001 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
