4. This license does not include the use of the Intellectual Property for commercial purposes or its use <br />by any other government or governmental agency, except with MTA's prior written approval. Please <br />contact the undersigned for such approval. <br />5. License fee: The license fee is waived. <br />6. Licensee grants to MTA and MTA's operating agencies permission to use and modify any <br />components of Licensee's Anti-Terrorism Campaign in MTA's comparable campaign, provided <br />appropriate credit is given to Licensee. <br />7. This license is non-exclusive. Licensee's rights under it may not be assigned, sublicensed or <br />otherwise transferred to another legal entity or person, without MTA's consent. <br />S. Licensee is solely responsible for creating and disseminating Licensee's Anti-Terrorism Campaign, <br />including such campaign's accuracy, suitability For the intended purpose, and compliance with all <br />applicable national, state and local laws. <br />9. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding New Yoxk conflict of <br />law rules. Licensee consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York with respect to <br />this Agreement. <br />1 O.
