Mayor Pro Tem Alvarez: <br />• Congratulated Interim City Manager/Police Chief Walters for great <br />efforts throughout the years and low crime rates; <br />• Commented on petition being circulated on bike trail has been signed <br />by non-city residents; asked for clarification from staff on the following: <br />1 . If built, what side of the creek would this trail be located? 2. Is it a <br />realistic project, i.e. is there funding ? 3. Would City have to maintain <br />the trail? 4. Does it pose any danger to neighborhoods in the area? 5. <br />What, if any, are the alternatives? 6.
