Hulzar <br />The City of Santa ,Ana (hereinafter "the City") hereby agrees #o extend the term (hereinafter the <br />"Extension") of the Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and Redfiex Traffic Systems, Inc. <br />(hereinafter "Redfiex"), Agreement Number A-21302-231, originally entered into on or about. <br />December 2, 2002 (hereinafter "the Agreement"j, for a Red Light Phota Enforcement Program <br />(hereinafter the "Red Light Pragrarn") far a per'tad of time not less than thirty X30} calendar <br />:days after the date of June 18, 2010. 8y execution belt~w and return to the City, Redfiex also <br />agrees. to the subject Extension. <br />The City of Santa Ana- hereby agrees, warrants end represents that it has ail right, power and <br />authority to enter into this-thirty (30) calendar day Extension of the Agreement and the Red <br />Light Program and to execute and deliver this letter and perform, in full, any and ail duties and <br />services in connection therewith.
