EXHIBIT 2 <br />To <br />Master Support Agreement <br />COVERED APPLICATIONS <br />This exhibit is attached to, incorporated into, and forms a part of the Agreement, dated March <br />1 5, 2009, between Tiburon and the Client. In the event of conflict between the terms and <br />conditions set forth herein and those set forth in the Agreement, the terms and conditions set <br />forth in the Agreement shall prevail- <br />Tiburon will provide the Basic Support described in Section 2.1 (Basic Support) of the <br />Agreement for the software applications identified in the table below. The annual fee for such <br />support shall be as set forth in the table below.
