E2G2 <br />Certified <br />Local COnten[ <br />deemed to be a Low Priority. The criteria used to establish guidelines for these priorities are as <br />follows: <br />Priority 1 —High <br />High priority issues consist of errors for which there is no means of workaround, causing (i) <br />unrecoverable "crashes" of the Software, (ii) ongoing unrecoverable loss or corruption of data or <br />(iii) loss of essential Softwaze functionality that prevents Licensee processing for which there is <br />no means of workaround. Examples of high priority issues include: <br />• System Down <br />• Inability to process business licenses <br />• Security issues <br />• Inability to process bills <br />• Program errors without workazounds <br />• Incorrect calculation errors impacting a majority of records <br />• Aborted postings or error messages preventing data integration and update <br />• Performance issues of severe nature impacting critical processes <br />Priority 2 — Medium <br />Medium priority issues consist of errors that may be causing (i) ongoing recoverable loss or <br />corruption of data for which there is no workaround, (ii) loss of essential Softwaze functionality <br />that prevents Licensee processing that has a workazound, or (iii) loss of non - essential Software <br />functionality that does not have a workaround. Examples of medium priority issues include: <br />• System errors that have workarounds <br />• Calculation errors impacting a minority of records <br />• Reports calculation issues <br />• Printer related issues (related to interfaces with the Software and not the printer itself) <br />• Performance issues not impacting critical processes <br />• Usability issues <br />• Workstation connectivity issues (Workstation specific) <br />Priority 3 —Low <br />Low priority issues consist of errors that may be causing (i) loss of non - essential Softwaze <br />functionality that has a workaround or (ii) difficulties in the user interface. Examples of low <br />priority issues include: <br />• Report formatting issues <br />• Training questions, how to, or implementing new processes <br />• Aesthetic issues <br />• Issues with workazounds for lazge majority of accounts <br />• Recommendations for enhancements on system changes <br />• Questions on documentation <br />15 <br />
