RECITALS A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2011-018, dated February 1, 2011, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Provider has instructed preschool through the City's leisure class program. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period and amend the Scope of Services to increase the participant fee. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to the all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Recreation Services Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended by amending Exhibit A to reflect that the class participation fee is $50 per monthly session. 2. Section 3, TERM shall be amended to extend the term through December 31, 2012. 3. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
