Any administrative duties also <br /> <br /> may rotate from year to year. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ARTICLE Ill. <br /> <br /> TRANSFER OF FIRE OPERATIONS <br /> <br /> <br /> 1. List of Assets and Liabilities. An up-to-date list of all Fire Department <br /> <br /> personnel, employment agreements, pension agreements, assets (including but not <br /> <br /> limited to real property, equipment, Fire Department reserves, contracts and deposits) <br /> <br /> and all known liabilities (including but not limited to tort and workers' compensation <br /> <br /> cases and claims) shall be prepared by the transition team during the transition referred <br /> <br /> to in Article VIII. below. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 2. Transfer of County Assets and Liabilities.
