<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> consideration for the County's Asset Transfer and contribution to the Authority of its SFF <br /> <br /> from the unincorporated area, the Authority agrees to subcontract with County for the <br /> <br /> provision of services to all areas within the County which have been designated as <br /> <br /> SRAs or enter into another arrangement on such terms as are acceptable to the CDF <br /> <br /> and the County. As additional consideration for the County's Asset Transfer and <br /> <br /> contribution of its SFF from the unincorporated area, the Authority further agrees to <br /> <br /> contract with the County for the Authority's provision of services to the County's <br /> unincorporated areas and for the Authority's provision of aircraft rescue fire fighting <br /> <br /> service to John Wayne Airport. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> E. Records. Any and all business records and files, whether computer <br /> <br /> records, hard copy, microfilm or fiche, historical data, rosters, personnel records, <br /> <br /> organizational charts, job descriptions, deeds, easements, equipment logs, warranties, <br /> <br /> manuals and so forth, necessary or helpful to provide services shall be transferred by <br /> <br /> the County to the Authority during the transition period. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. Authority Assumption of Liability. In further consideration for the <br /> <br /> County's Asset Transfer and contribution of its SFF from the unincorporated area, the <br /> <br /> Authority shall assume responsibility for any and all loss, litigation, liability, injury, <br /> <br /> damage, claim, demand, and tort or workers' compensation incidents that occur on or <br /> <br /> after the Effective Date. The County shall retain responsibility and liability for any and all <br /> <br /> such incidents that occur prior to the Effective Date and shall retain all risk management <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 4509-08 5 <br /> 110179 v3 <br /> 9/27199 <br /> 60C-22 <br />
