FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, entered into on this day of <br />, 2012, Westbound Communications, Inc. (hereinafter "Consultant'), and <br />the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City "). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A -2011 -241, dated October 3, 2011, (hereinafter "said <br />Agreement'), by which Consultant has provided website enhancement and hosting services, as <br />well as promotional services for the ReadyOC Emergency Preparedness Campaign. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />amend the scope of services to have Consultant provide an instructor to deliver <br />community outreach and training services, as set forth in said Agreement, and to increase <br />compensation to pay for such services. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to have Consultant provide an <br />instructor to deliver community outreach and training services under said Agreement. <br />2. Section 3, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation to an amount <br />not to exceed $24,000.00 to pay for the additional services provided during the term of <br />said Agreement. <br />25F -3 <br />
