The site is <br />approximately 247,400 square feet in size and contains 10 single-story buildings ranging in size <br />from 4,900 to 30,600 square feet. The total area for the restaurant is 3,280 square feet. The site <br />has a total of 356 on -site parking spaces (Exhibits 1 and 2). <br />Protect Description <br />The applicant is requesting modifications to Conditional Use Permit No. 2011 -09 to permit karaoke <br />and strolling musicians and to extend hours of alcohol sales from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. at the <br />existing restaurant. Specifically, the applicant is proposing to amend Condition No. 8, which limits <br />the sale of alcohol from 7:00 a.m. to midnight; and Condition No. 9, which prohibits karaoke and <br />strolling musicians. No tenant improvements are proposed as part of this project. The restaurant is <br />a full service, sit -down eating establishment that currently accommodates approximately 76 <br />patrons within its dining room (Exhibits 3 and 4). <br />EXHIBIT A <br />lkii[_7 <br />
