A-2010-066-07-01 CLIEHK 0' DATE; OCT 0 7 2011 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND REDUILDING TOGETHER ORANGE COUNTY FOR USE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on the 15` day of July 2011, by and between REBUILDING TOGETHER ORANGE COUNTY., a California non- profit corporation ("Subrecipient") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). RECITALS: I(?J A. The parties entered into that certain Agreement for Use of Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") Funds, dated July 1, 2010 (A-2010-066-07) (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Subrecipient has provided its "Staying Safe at Home Program" pursuant to the CDBG Program guidelines. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to extend the Term of said Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1 B. "Amount of Grant and Quarterly Disbursement" shall be amended to extend the termination date to June 30, 2012. 2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
