The Council finds that this Agrcement and its �utposes is are consistent with Government Code Sections 65864 through 65869.5, and with the objectives, policies general land uses, and prod am specified in the General Plan, applicable Specific Plan(s) as well as all other applicable ordinances, plans, policies and regulations of the City.
