In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project is exempt from further review pursuant to Section 15303, Class 3 <br />for a project that includes new construction of up to three single family <br />residences in an urban area. Categorical Exemption Environmental <br />Review No. 2008-34 will be filed for this project. <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby approves General Plan Amendment No. <br />2011-03 and Variance No. 2011-09.
