The report is divided into three sections: Waiting List, Participants, and <br />Production. <br />Waiting List <br />As of December 31, 2011, there were 3,342 individualslfamilies an the waiting list. The waiting list <br />fast opened on October 1, 2007 and closed November 30, 2007. Charts 1 and 2 depict the <br />characteristics of those currently on the waiting list. <br />•I'. <br />
