Purpose <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to provide a <br /> framework for the County of Orange Health Care Agency (HCA) and the City of <br /> Santa Ana (CSA), for the provision of Storage Space for Personal Protection <br /> Equipment (PPE) described herein. Specifically, this MOU outlines the <br /> parameters of such a partnership, defines the equipment and storage space <br /> location and outlines the services. <br /> <br /> II. Services <br /> <br /> <br /> A. HCA is allowing CSA to store PPE at 2228 Ritchey Street, Santa Ana, CA <br /> 92705 free of charge. <br /> <br /> B. HCA shall ensure that the PPE is kept secure <br /> <br /> <br /> III. Equipment <br /> <br /> CSA will store the following PPE at the HCA address listed in Paragraph II A: <br /> <br /> Description Quantity <br /> <br /> • Level III Chem/Bio suits sealed in plastic 6,000 <br /> <br /> and stored in boxes (8"H x 3'L x 2'W) <br /> <br /> • CBRN Respirator Canisters 6,000 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> i <br />
