Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program, <br /> Environmental Review No. 2011-46. <br /> <br /> 2. Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2012-01. <br /> <br /> 3. Adopt an ordinance approving an amendment to Development Agreement No. 2004-03. <br /> 4. Adopt a resolution approving Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 2012-01 (County Map No. <br /> 17437) as conditioned. <br /> <br /> 5. Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2012-01 as conditioned. <br /> <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br /> At its meeting on January 23 the Planning Commission discussed the project including issues <br /> related to the unit mix, tandem parking, ingress/egress and open space. Ultimately, the item was <br /> continued to the next meeting for further discussion, and in hopes that all seven commissioners <br /> would be present (Commission Turner was absent). <br /> <br /> At its meeting on February 13 the Planning Commission again discussed the project, although <br /> Commissioner Yrarrazaval was absent at this meeting. A discussion ensued and there was a <br /> motion (motion by Turner, second by Nalle) to continue the matter and give the applicant <br /> direction to bring the open space into compliance with SD-43, reconsider the unit mix, incorporate <br /> the .6 acre portion and provide more details concerning the landscape and parking management <br /> plans (Exhibit A). <br /> <br /> <br /> 75A-1 <br />
