NTMP costs shall include traffic studies, staff time to process <br /> neighborhood traffic plan, and the constnrction of appropriate traffic calming <br /> devices, including but not limited to semi-diverters, diagonal diverters, and street <br /> closures. The implementation of the NTMP shall be pursuant to procedures <br /> adopted by the City Council. <br /> 5.
