14. DAMAGES <br />In the event that the Agency or City is liable for damages to Nexus, Sandpointe and/or Geneva <br />Commons, such liability shall not exceed costs Incurred by Nexus, Sandpointe and/or Genova <br />Commons in the performance of this Agreement and shall not - extend to compensation for loss of <br />future income, profits or assets. <br />15. NOTICES, DEMAND AM COMMUNICATIONS <br />Formal notices, demands and commWeations between the parties shall be sufiioiently given if <br />dispatched by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, to the principal <br />offices of the Agency and the Developer as designated below.
