Atotal <br />of 5 single - family homes and mobile homes <br />were repaired through the City's programs In <br />2011. All homeowners qualified as lower <br />Income <br />Ongoing <br />2. Mobile Home Repair <br />• Provide low or no Interest loans to repair mobile <br />CDA, <br />• The City currently offers conditional grants <br />Ongoing <br />homes annually for lower Income households and <br />Housing Division <br />to repair mobile homes owned byvery low - <br />seniors throughout the community <br />Income seniors. One mobile home was <br />repaired through the City's programs In <br />2011. <br />3. Rental Rehabilitation <br />• Provide low- interest loans to assist in the <br />CDA, <br />• The City continues to offer very low- Interest <br />Ongoing <br />rehabilitation of rental properties occupied by <br />Housing Division <br />rate loans. Code Enforcement staff <br />lower Income and family households <br />continues to refer eligible property owners <br />to the Housing Division to pursue loans. <br />Additionally, the City's acquisition/ <br />• Continue to seek additional funds to Improve <br />rehabilitation program eliminates all code <br />Infrastructure, Including state and federal grants <br />deficiencies in the affected units. Neighborhood Improvement <br />• Continue to assist, create, and support <br />CDA, <br />• The City currently has 64 recognized <br />Ongoing <br />neighborhood associations to collaborate on <br />Housing Division <br />neighborhood associations; and encourages <br />projects and sponsor and hold annual events <br />collaboration and coordination between <br />residents, their associations, municipal <br />agencies, and community based <br />organizations <br />S. Neighborhood Infrastructure <br />. Implement Project Restore and dedicate more <br />PWA <br />• From 2007 through 2010, $63.2 million <br />Ongoing <br />than $100 million dollars to Infrastructure <br />dollars was expended to repave or slurry <br />Improvements in residential neighborhoods <br />seal 211 miles of residential streets.
