Agreement with Best, Best and Krieger <br />April 2, 2012 <br />Page 2 <br />Based on expertise and a competitive pricing structure, the firm of BB &K, and specifically Ms. <br />Carvalho, is the most appropriate choice to meet the full - service legal needs of the City. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />General legal services will be for 150 hours per month and will be billed at the rate of $25,000 <br />per month. Additionally, general legal services of up to 10 hours per month may be provided by <br />BB &K at the sole discretion of the City Attorney at a blended rate of $250 per hour not to exceed <br />a maximum of $25,000 in any one Fiscal Year.
