MINUTES <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the minutes of the regular meeting on March 12, 2012. <br />B. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012-01 <br />' Tai Pham, representing The Boiling Crab Costa Mesa, LLC, is requesting approval of <br />a conditional use permit for a Type 41 Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license for <br />the on -premise sale and consumption of beer and wine at The Boiling Crab <br />restaurant at 1500 West MacArthur Boulevard.
