RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2012-04 as conditioned. <br />Planning Intern Ali Pezeshkpour presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />An email from Attillio Giovanatto from Modified Plastics was received in opposition to <br />the wireless facility. Also a letter from the Glenwood Business Center Owners <br />Association was received in support of the project. <br />The public hearing was opened. No public members spoke. The public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Michelle Nguyen with Core Development spoke in support of the project and stated <br />the Home Owners Association approved the project; attempts to contact Mr. <br />Giovanatto had been made to help identify his concerns but he had not been <br />reached. <br />MOTION: Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2012-04 as <br />conditioned. STAFF COMMENTS <br />Planning Manager Haluza commented on the workshop from the City regarding the <br />Climate Action Plan scheduled for March 28, 2012 which deals with <br />recommendations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the City's municipal <br />operations and community. She also announced the cancellation of the March 26, <br />2012 Planning Commission meeting due to lack of items. <br />4. PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBER COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Yrarrazaval recommended a study session regarding parliamentary <br />procedures. <br />5.
