Councilmember Tinajero inquired if livable wage jobs would be created. <br />Applicant said yes. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Alvarez, noted that project has been approved by <br />Sandpointe Neighborhood Association and Nexus project; applicant has <br />followed all requirements; moved to approve project as amended by <br />Councilmember Sarmiento. <br />Councilmember Sarmiento, noted that concessions have been made and <br />remnant lot has potential for tower to be built in the future. <br />Mayor Pulido, also noted that vision has to be consistent; few lots <br />available in the City for vertical buildings; developer to continue working <br />on development of a Tower. <br />AMENDED MOTION: <br />1.
