O PoXlG(__ C. -L-,) APR 1 1 212 Lof, 13YowvFIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into this -2-7 day of M 19k e // , 2012, by and between Norman Knispel (hereinafter "Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). RECITALS - A. City and Contractor entered into Agreement 4N-2011-05 1, dated April 20, 201 1, by which Contractor has provided professional administrative hearing services (hereinafter "said Agreement"). B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the Parties desire to extend the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year period and increase compensation to pay for additional services during the extended term. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except as herein modified, the parties agree as follows: Section 2, COMPENSATION, the relevant portion of subsection (a) shall be amended to increase the compensation by an amount not to exceed $20.000.00 to pay for additional services provided during the extended term of this Agreement. 2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year period through May 1, 2013. Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
