SIGNATURE TECHNOLOGY GROUP <br />Data Center Solutions Professionals <br />4 <br />The downtime hours for each equipment item shall be accumulated for the month and the total <br />monthly downtime hours shall be applied to the table below to determine the credit. If the total <br />monthly downtime hours for an equipment item equals or exceeds any of the downtime hours <br />listed in the table below, STG shall grant to the City the corresponding MMC percentage credit. <br />Downtime Hours <br />(Equals or Exceeds) MMC Credit (Percentage of MMC) <br />12 hours 25% <br />19 hours 50% <br />24 hours 75% <br />40 hours 100% <br />Monthly maintenance payments shall be determined by subtracting MMC credits due to the City <br />from the MMC for each equipment item.
