All of this results in much <br />faster resolution times for our customers. <br />The Centers of Expertise that we have identified at STG are as follows: <br />-Dell Intel Servers <br />- HP / Compaq Intel <br />-HP Midrange <br />-IBM Intel Servers <br />-IBM Mainframes & RISC <br />- Printers <br />-Sun <br />-Tape Library <br />-Call Home <br />-SAN & Networking <br />- H P9000 <br />-IBM INFOPRINT3800,3900,4000,2105 <br />It is the intention of this type of model to assist in the diagnosis and resolution of high priority service <br />calls and to assist in generally difficult service issues. Putting this model in place provides the entire <br />organization with access to additional technical expertise to resolve service issues in a timely manner. <br />Each of these Centers of Expertise will consist of a Platform Owner and a team of 3-4 people (SMEs - <br />Subject Matter Experts). This is a virtual team lead by the Platform Owner to communicate technical <br />information, mentor others in their technical expertise and to quickly assist the organization when <br />specific expertise is needed. <br />Platform Owner Responsibilities: <br />¦ Identify the specific strengths of team members. <br />¦ Identify and maintain certifications within the team where necessary. <br />¦ Help to develop their team members in furthering knowledge of their particular hardware <br />platform <br />¦ Acquire additional resources such as documentation, diagnostics and special tools. <br />¦ Conduct "virtual team" meetings on a regular basis. <br />Page 18 of 27 <br />25C-72 Exhibit B
