15. *Dot and **SVP code books will be used to determine length of OJT period. The training time <br />may not be longer than the SVP Code allows; however, contractors are encouraged to negotiate <br />shorter training periods whenever applicable. <br />16. All EMPLOYER training payments (reimbursements) must be exclusive of any and all <br />EMPLOYER fringe benefits, paid holidays, paid sick days and overtime compensation. <br />17. The participating EMPLOYER must keep an accurate and up-to-date time sheet for the OJT <br />trainee. <br />18.
