OUTLINE OF ON-THE-JOB TRAINING PLAN AND METHOD OF ASSESSMENT: <br />ELEMENTS OF TRAINING HOURS OF TRAINING <br />I• 120 <br />A. Will be trained to support the practice by developing exceptional customer <br />service. Develop client relationship through a courteous and prompt <br />customer interaction. <br />B. Practical knowledge and development of law practice, including <br />language, forms, etc. <br />C. Familiarize with different types of clientele, and how to deal with each of <br />their needs. <br />D. Work effectively within legal environment to meet their guidelines and <br />expectations. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within first Month and a half of training. <br />2. <br />A. Will be trained in Wordperfect, trained to utilize program, develop 250 <br />documents and create charts and spreadsheets. <br />B. Will be training in Paperport, for scanning, organizing and sharing <br />documents. <br />C. Will be trained on HotDocs, for web editing. <br />D. Will be trained in Quickbooks, for accounting. <br />Measurement Method: Q St A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />3. <br />A. Client must learn to develop rapport with the elderly, as many of the client 150 <br />base will fit this profile. <br />B. Client will learn the basics on Estate Planning to better assist clients, basics <br />such as locating and organizing records, inventory assets and inventory <br />insurance policies and beneficiary designation. Well develop basic knowledge <br />of inventory pension and retirement plans, etc. Client's knowledge will be <br />limited only to being able to assist clients with documentation necessary for <br />attorney to be able to better assist clients.
