Outline of On-the-Job Training Plan and Method of Assessment: <br />ELEMENTS OF TRAINING HOURS OF TRAINING <br />1. Will be given an over view of the business and product line of US <br />Saws. <br />110 <br />A. Employee will be trained to work to work within a team, and <br />effectively communicate with all team members in order to increase <br />productivity. <br />B. Will be trained to perform quality checks on products and parts. <br />C. Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process. <br />Measurement Method: Q Sk A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of ro£cienc within first Month and a half of training. <br />2. <br /> 120 <br />A. Will be trained to assemble simple hand tools including cleaning excess <br />paint prior to bolting parts together. <br />B. Will be trained to Package completed tolls in boxes to prepare for shipment. <br />Measurement Method: Q.& A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />3. <br /> 140 <br />A. Will be trained to assemble motors to gear boxes, will learn to connect <br />assembled tool to air or electric power. <br />B. Will be taught to follow Bill of Material, checking accuracy of assembly <br />Process. <br />C. Will learn to package completed tools in boxes ready for shipping <br />Measurement Method: Q & A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />4. 150 <br />A. Will be trained to assemble vacuums and pumps. <br />B. Will learn to assemble metal frames and plastic components <br />C. Will follow Bill of Material checking accuracy of assembly process <br />D. Will learn to packages completed tools in boxes and ready for shipping <br />Also will learn to perform entry level housekeeping tasks. <br />Measurement Method: Q,& A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months.
