Storage shall be <br />available at no cost to the residents. <br />19. Cast iron drain pipes shall be provided for the project. <br />20. Smart wiring, including cable television and high-speed cable for computers, <br />shall be provided for each unit and within the project's common areas. <br />21. Signage to direct guests to the parking structure shall be provided. A <br />directional sign plan needs to be submitted and approved by the Planning <br />Division prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy. <br />22.
