Amendments: This Agreement may be amended in writing at any time by the mutual <br />consent of both parties. No amendment shall have any force or effect unless executed in writing by <br />both parties. <br />F. Successors and Assigns: The provisions of this Agreement shall bind and inure to the <br />benefit of each of the parties hereto and all successors or assigns of the parties hereto. <br />1.
