This characteristic is not factored into the housing stability equation. <br />Tenant-based Rental Assistance: Stable Housing is the sum of the number of households that (i) remain in the housing and (ii) <br />those that left the assistance as reported under: 3, 4, 5, and 6. Temporary Housing is the number of households that accessed <br />assistance, and left their current housing for a non-permanent housing arrangement, as reported under item: 2. Unstable <br />Situations is the sum of numbers reported under items: 1, 7, and 8. <br />Permanent Facility-Based Housing Assistance: Stable Housing is the sum of the number of households that (i) remain in the <br />housing and (ii) those that left the assistance as shown as items: 3, 4, 5, and 6.
