<br />DERS that this project is
<br />funded with Federal Com-
<br />munity Development Block
<br />Grant money, and that the
<br />rate of wages for each craft
<br />or type of work or mechanic
<br />employed under this con-
<br />tract shall be as specified
<br />under the current determina-
<br />tions of the Department
<br />of Labor as required
<br />under the Davis•Bacon
<br />Act. Where a discrepancy
<br />exists between Federal and
<br />State prevailing wage rate
<br />the higher of the two prevail-
<br />ing wage rates shall apply.
<br />Each bid shall be accompa-
<br />nied by cash, a cashier's or
<br />certified check payable to
<br />the Gfty of Santa Ana, or bid
<br />bond issued by a corporate
<br />surety, for an amount not
<br />less than ten percent (10%)
<br />of the aggregate of the bid,
