RECITALS- A. The parties entered into Agreement #N-2009-057, dated May 20, 2009, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided veterinary medicine and services for Police Service Animals. B. The parties entered into First Amendment to Agreement #N-2009-057-001, dated June 10, 2010, to renew the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year period and update the scope of services and rates for Consultant's services. C. The parties entered into Second Amendment to Agreement #N-2009-057-002, dated June 1, 2011, to renew the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year period and increase compensation to pay for services provided during the extended term. D. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to renew the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year period. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except as herein modified, the parties agree as follows: 1 . Section 2, COMPENSATION, the relevant portion of subsection (a) shall be amended to increase the compensation by an amount not to exceed $20.000.00 to pay for additional services provided during the extended term of this Agreement. 2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term for an additional one-year period, from June 30, 2012 through July 1, 2013. 3. Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
