LAWS?N <br />Services and Rates. For a period of 12 months from the Effective Date, Lawson agrees to provide the Services <br />described in this SOF on a time and materials basis at the Service Rates listed below. After such period, Lawson's <br />standard list price will apply. All Services fees are exclusive of applicable VAT or other taxes. Where this SOF names specific Lawson resources, Lawson reserves the right to <br />reassign personnel if reassignment does not materially Impede the performance or schedule of Services. <br />This SOF may be signed in counterparts and/or delivered by fax or pdf.
