Upon completion of the field work an inventory list of alI equipment inspected and all potential problems that were located will be uploaded to our server and a web based report will be prepared. Once we have reviewed your report, we will email you a secure login and password so that you can view the report on line. Having performed this type of inspection at your facility, we estimate that the inspection can be completed in four (4) field days. The cost of the inspection, report preparation and to remove and replace all panel covers at A7 "L 22 well sights and 7 pumping stations will be billed at a total cost of $5000. You also requested a price for the Arc Flash Training. Our price to perform these eight (8) hours of training at your sight will be $5500. The total cost for both services will be $10,500. This price holds good for 90 days. Due to the risks involved, THERMOTEST will no longer remove/replace transformer covers while under load. It has been deemed unsafe by OSHA, and other agencies involved with safety in the work place. We will continue to inspect transformers, provided that either the client or an electrical conriactor removes and replaces the cover. In the event that THERMOTEST is not given at least 24 hours notice of cancellation before the start of an inspection, or THERMOTEST is not allowed to perform an inspection after arriving at a job site for any reason, there will be a "show-up" charge of $500.
