In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act the <br />recommended action is exempt for further review per Section 15301. <br />The Class 1 exemption allows the licensing of existing facilities with <br />no expansion of the existing use. Categorical Exemption <br />Environmental Review No. 2011-7 will be filed for this project. <br />0 <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana after <br />conducting the public hearing hereby approves Conditional Use Permit No. 2012- <br />05 as conditioned in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated as though fully set <br />forth herein. With the approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2012-05, the <br />Planning Commission also approves voiding Conditional Use Permit No. 2009-06, <br />which previously granted a Type 20 ABC license on the property.
