A <br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />Commissioners Acosta, Alderete, Gartner, Nalle, and Mill spoke individually with <br />applicant Brent McManigal regarding the Walmart public hearing item. <br />Commissioners Alderete and Turner discussed the Walmart public hearing item with <br />Christine Iger from Iger & Associates Public Affairs. <br />C. FISCAL YEAR 2012-2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Receive and file the draft Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Capital Improvement Program. <br />Principal Civil Engineer Jason Gabriel provided a discussion regarding the Capital <br />Improvement Program. <br />Souri Amirani commented on the City's past practice of the Planning Commission's <br />review of the CUP and indicated that the Commission is presented with an <br />opportunity to review the report in order to determine if it is consistent with the <br />General Plan. <br />PROCEDURAL RULES <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />1.
