United service staff performs storm drain cleaning and maintenance services on a daily basis. <br />Additionally, United's service staff has successfully installed thousands of BMPs yearly for various <br />private and government entities throughout California. All service staff to be used for this project <br />has received in -class and in- the -field training regarding the environmental regulations that govem <br />our industry and are trained and medically monitored in accordance with O.S.H.A. Title 29 CFR <br />1910.120 to conduct tasks involving storm drain maintenance and the handling of or exposure to <br />hazardous materials, substances, or waste including: <br />• 40 -Hour HAZWOPER Training & 8 -Hour Annual Refresher Courses <br />• Traffic Control Training Per Caltrans Chapter 8 Standards <br />• Confined Space Entry Training <br />• Confined Space Rescue Training <br />• DOT HM -126F, HM -180 & HM -181 <br />• Bloodbome Pathogens Training <br />• Medical Surveillance Program <br />• O.M.V. & D.O.T. Drug & Driving Record Programs <br />• CPR & First Aid Training <br />LiveScan (Required by Transportation Security Administration) <br />2501-20 <br />
