INSURANCE ON FILE WORK MAY PROCEED UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES �- CLERK OF COUNC3UN 7<6)1 DATE: N-2010-055-002 PRCS ( SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT �•SilVia CUq'Vffl*SECOND AMENDMENT TO RECREATION SERVICES AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 4"' day of May, 2012 by and between Maria Vigil, (hereinafter "Provider"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). RECITALS: The parties entered into Agreement N-2010-055, dated April 22, 2010, as amended from time to time, (hereinafter the "Agreement") by which Provider has provided recreation and leisure class services in the City's leisure program. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to revise the Scope of Services (Exhibit A), and extend the term. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second Amendment to Recreation Services Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended by substitution of a new Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference. 2. Section 3, TERM, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: "This Agreement shall commence on May 1, 2010 and terminate June 30, 2013, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 1 1, below. The term of this Agreement shall be automatically extended for succeeding one-year periods on the terms and conditions set forth herein." 3. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
