REVENUE <br />22.1 Whenever CONTRACTOR receives any money specifically designated for <br />use in programs funded through this Agreement, such monies shall be considered <br />a cost off-set and treated as a reduction against the amount claimed by <br />CONTRACTOR, except for Program Income as defined in Title 45 CFR Section <br />92.25, as that section currently exists or may be hereafter amended. The <br />procedure for designating money as Program Income is set forth in Paragraph 23 <br />of this Agreement. <br />23. PROGRAM INCOME <br />It is mutually understood that the State or Federal agency responsible <br />for providing the funding for this Agreement may designate certain revenue of <br />CONTRACTOR as Program Income. To be designated as Program Income and, <br />therefore, as other than a cost off-set, CONTRACTOR shall do all of the <br />following: <br />23.1 Submit a plan to ADMINISTRATOR for the use of any and all proposed <br />Program Income: <br />23.2 Set up and maintain a separate bank account for any proposed <br />Program Income and account for any and all such income received; and <br />23.3 Report to ADMINISTRATOR any and all Program Income received no <br />later than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, record the amount <br />received on internal financial records, and indicate the amount received on <br />the monthly claim submitted to ADMINISTRATOR. <br />23.4 ADMINISTRATOR will then forward the plan for the requested use of <br />the proposed Program Income to the appropriate State and/or Federal agencies <br />for approval. <br />23.5 CONTRACTOR shall not spend any of the proposed Program Income <br />unless or until such time as ADMINISTRATOR obtains authorization for the use <br />(WAM0811) <br />25 of 40 <br />(January 9, 2012)
